UNDATED (AP) — The San Antonio Spurs have doubled their lead in the NBA's Western Conference by running their winning streak into double digits.

Manu Ginobili (MAN'-oo jih-NOH'-blee) scored 21 points and the Spurs shot a season-high 62.8 percent in a 122-104 rout of Utah. Tony Parker had 18 points and Tim Duncan scored 16 in the Spurs' 10th consecutive win, one off their season high.

Oklahoma City is two games behind San Antonio following the Thunder's lopsided, 109-86 home loss against Dallas. Shawn Marion scored 19 points, Vince Carter added 18 and Dirk Nowitzki delivered 17 to help the Mavericks beat the Thunder for the first time in eight tries.

Kevin Durant scored 30 points for Oklahoma City, which played without Russell Westbrook. The point guard was given the night off as he tries to get his surgically-repaired knee ready for the playoffs.

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat have moved closer to the Eastern Conference lead by winning for just the second time in seven games.

Ray Allen scored 14 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter as the Heat knocked off Houston 113-104 to end a two-game skid. LeBron James and Dwyane (dwayn) Wade each scored 24 points for the Heat, who pulled within 2 1/2 games of the East-leading Indiana Pacers.
