Owner Of Collapsed Building Blames Neighbors

Sean Hart, owner of a building on South 2nd Street in Laramie that collapsed Sunday, is saying his neighbor repairing fire damage is to blame.

According to the Associated Press, Hart says his building collapsed as a result of repairs being made to the Laramie Vision Clinic Building which caught fire in May 2014.

Hart says owner, Reiman Corp. blocked access to his building with fences and made cracks in his walls while they were making repairs. Remain Corp. declined to comment at this time.
