Naked Rampage Leads To Guilty Plea And Federal Charges

A Utah man pleaded guilty last week to federal charges in connection to a bizarre traffic incident and naked rampage that occurred last summer on Interstate 80! The man found guilty is Armando Juan Cano of Utah.

Last week Cano pleaded guilty in Casper, to attempted carjacking and using a firearm during a violent crime. Authorities have stated that the night of the incident Cano rammed another vehicle, then fired shots from a stolen hand gun and ended up running through traffic naked!

The attempted carjacking occurred in June of last year approximately 33 miles west of Rawlins. Prosecutors have agreed to drop two other criminal charges.  An attempted car jacking charge could possibly send Cano to prison for 15 years and  a firearm charge could add on another 10 years to the sentence. Sentencing is set for some time in July.

No butts about it, but I think the court system has this one under control.
