Man Arrested for Vandalism in Downtown Laramie, UW Campus
One person has been arrested for vandalism and littering after the Laramie Police Department and University of Wyoming PD received reports of vandalism on Monday night.
Graham Ballard, 21, was arrested and charged with four counts of property destruction and one count of littering, all misdemeanors.
Lt. Gwen Smith with the LPD said police received reports that profanity had been spray painted on buildings in the downtown area, including St. Laurence O’Toole Catholic Church and the Connor Hotel. Smith said there was also graffiti reported on the UW campus.
