At Deti Stadium on Friday night, 25 teams walked through the night as part of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. The event had 220 participants in its' 15th year in Laramie and included 65 cancer survivors who walked the Survivor Lap to start the walking.

Co-Chairman Glenn Halsey says this is the first year Laramie has been able to host two Relay for Life events, as the University of Wyoming did conducted their own event earlier this year. Treasurer Christine Trumbull calculated the total amount of money raised for cancer research at $70,297. Check out the photos below!
