Any leads on what's going to move in to the old Kmart building?

Answer:

"The building that formerly housed Kmart is owned by a Utah-based company. This company is actively working to recruit new tenants to occupy the vacated building space. City staff and a retail development firm on contract with the City of Laramie are helping to support the property owner in this effort. While there is no tenant to announce at this juncture, we do understand the property owner has many promising leads and may be negotiating with at least one prospective tenant."

Ask the City Of Laramie is your chance to send the city that burning question that you have always wondered about such as: “Where can I get a city parking permit?” or “Why did my water usage rates go through the roof?”
