Colder and cloudier weather is expected across southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle on Thursday, with breezy conditions possible in the Laramie Valley.

According to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne, Thursday's highs will be around the freezing mark.

The NWS says precipitation will be fairly limited, but a few snow showers are possible in the mountains.
