Laramie does food well. While there are a number of great restaurants, another fun emerging eating experience is from one of the multitudes of food trucks springing up in parking lots and curbsides around town. 

For the next two days, Pleebr Laramie is hosting a food truck festival, “Rolling in Flavors,” in the First Interstate Bank parking lot. Friday, June 23, from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, June 24 from 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. Visit their Facebook page for a list of participating vendors and a scan code for coupons and rewards. A Laramie staple, Double Dub’s (Weitzel’s Wings) serves wings with all the sauces a wing lover could want, with classic buffalo and others like sweet cinn-a-bee and a garlic-alfredo version. A taco food truck that serves breakfast burritos! Usually found in Murdoch’s parking lot, Mr. Taco Loko also travels to events, markets, and upon request. Breakfast is 8-11 a.m., and the truck closes at 8 p.m. most days. For more locations and updates, look on Facebook.
