BREAKING: Keystone Fire Forces Evacuations During Holiday Weekend [UPDATED]
9:00 PM UPDATE: The Keystone fire has grown to an estimated 300 acres. Authorities have added evacuations for Lake Creek and Rob Roy campground. They've also dispersed campers near Rob Roy, Cinnabar Park and Bobbie Thomson. The fire is being managed as a Type III incident. A Type II team has been ordered and more engines, crews and air resources are expected Tuesday.

UPDATE: According to InciWeb, the fire is called the "Keystone Fire" and is located 1.5 miles southwest of Rob Roy Reservoir, 1.5 miles northwest of the community of Keystone and two miles south of the Rambler community.
The size of the fire is being estimated at 30 acres. It is said to have originated about 2 p.m. today, July 3.
The Red Cross of Wyoming has opened an evacuation center at Harmony School southwest of Laramie. In their press release, they say about 25 homes have been forced to evacuate. That does not include those camping in the area during the holiday weekend. Evacuees will be able to get info on the fire from the Albany County Emergency Manager at that site.

The Albany County Fire Warden and U.S. Forest Service are calling for evacuations due to a wildfire in the Roy Roy Reservoir and campground area.
A press release from the Albany County Emergency Coordinator says an evacuation is in progress for the Keystone and Rambler subdivisions. In addition, all campers south of Rob Roy are being advised to evacuate.
A shelter has been set-up at Harmony School on WY HWY 230 southwest of Laramie. An animal shelter is available at the Albany County Fairgrounds.
The size of the fire is unknown at this time.
