Boxer Represents Wyoming In Regional Tournament
Wheatland, Wyoming's own, A.J. Stegman will be representing Wyoming in his age/weight division this weekend at the Regional Silver Gloves Tournament, according to Platte County Record-Times.
The tournament takes place in Caldwell, Idaho, where A.J. will be fighting for Hard Knocks Boxing Club, which is run by the owner and his coach James Manzanares. This past Saturday in Casper, Wyoming at the Casper Boxing Club, A.J. won in his age/weight division (13-14 years old/125lbs) to get him in the regional tournament. The tournament will be sanctioned by the National USA Boxing organization and is the Region Seven Box Off for Nationals.
The National Silver Gloves Tournament will take place between January 31st and February 2nd in Independence, Mo.
