On July 3rd, 71 year old Keith William Lantz went missing near Centennial,WY. Lantz's wife reported him missing at 8pm. On Sunday, September 11th the latest search proved beneficial as unidentified remains and clothing were found.

A weekend of thunderstorms in Albany County caused the Laramie River to reach its highest point this year. The National Weather Service reported the Laramie River at Laramie was at 5.84 ft at 10:30 AM on Monday.

The Centennial Valley Volunteer Fire Department will once again be holding their annual open house and fundraiser. The event will be on Saturday at 12pm to 3pm at the CVVFD Station on Wyoming Highway 130 in Centennial.
