‘Cowboy Up’ Profiles Kenny Sailors and Wyoming Basketball History [AUDIO]

The University of Wyoming men's basketball program is in the midst of trying to change its culture. The hope is that the return of Larry Shyatt will also be a return of the winning ways Cowboys basketball has experienced in its championship past.

In his latest book, Cowboy Up: Kenny Sailors, The Jump Shot and Wyoming's Championship Basketball History, Ryan Thorburn details just what brought UW basketball success in the past as he weaves Sailors' story through the history of Cowboy basketball. Thorburn joined Steve Kiggins and Jake Anfinson on Sportsline Live Tuesday to go over some of that Poke history. Listen below for information on the book, when Thorburn will be in Laramie with some Wyoming basketball legends (okay it's during homecoming at the UW bookstore) and even a little about the CU Buffs.
