Yellowstone National Park Opening To Motorized Snow Vehicles December 15th

Yellowstone National Park will be starting the winter season by opening the park up to motorized snow vehicles on December 15th! Snowmobile use in the park has been a continuing issue.

The issue at hand is that of the number of snowmobiles allowed in the park on a daily basis.As of now the plan remains unchanged which means there will be a daily limit of up to 318 commercially guided snowmobiles and up to 78 commercially guided snow coaches in the park.
