Between 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 25 and 1 p.m. on Nov. 26, the Wyoming Highway Patrol investigated 52 crashes across the state.

Of those crashes, 17 involved injury while 33 were listed as property damage only and two crashes were classified as hit and run with property damage only.  No fatal crashes were reported during that time.

During the same period, the WHP Dispatch Center fielded 737 service calls, including 107 instances of troopers assisting motorists who were stranded or whose vehicles had broken down.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol reminds travelers to check road conditions before heading out.  Drivers are advised to buckle up, slow down, maintain an increased following distance and only travel during adverse weather conditions if absolutely necessary.
