The Wyoming Department of Transportation, or WYDOT, is in the process of discussing plans for the reconstruction of Grand Avenue between 15^th and 21^st Streets in the year 2014. Several changes are planned for the reconstruction project, and many of these changes have been long awaited by motorists, pedestrians and cyclists using Grand Avenue every day. An open house will be held on Sept. 27 for those wishing to learn more about the upcoming project. We want to know what you think will be the most important improvement on Grand Avenue.
