Watch Coach Bohl Talk Missouri As The Cowboys Approach Game One
It’s finally game week for the Wyoming Cowboys. Saturday night, they open their 2019 season against the Missouri Tigers.
Wyoming head coach Craig Bohl held his first weekly press conference Monday, Aug. 26 in the High Altitude Performance Center. In the video above, Coach Bohl described the opener as a “huge event.” He spoke highly of the Tigers and broke down some of their personnel. Coach Bohl then answered questions about his team and Missouri, touched on some injury news, the team captains and their leadership, and more.
Last Saturday, it was revealed that senior tight end Josh Harshman and senior linebacker Logan Wilson from Casper, plus seniors Austin Conway, a receiver, and Josiah Hall, a defensive end. The fifth captain is redshirt freshman quarterback Sean Chambers. The four seniors have appeared in at least 35 games each, while Chambers played in four games last year, but maintained his redshirt season. He’ll start at QB Saturday night versus the Tigers.
The Cowboys take on Missouri at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie. Kick-off is at 5 p.m.
