“Fan Fest 2013” a celebration for University of Wyoming fans of all ages will take place this Saturday, Sept. 14 prior to the Wyoming vs. Northern Colorado football game.

The Second Annual “Fan Fest” is free to the public and will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Indoor Practice Facility, which is located on the northeast corner of War Memorial Stadium at the corner of 22nd Street and Willett Drive. The Cowboy Football game against Northern Colorado will kick off at 2 p.m. on Jonah Field at War Memorial Stadium.

Student-athletes from all of UW’s sports teams will be in attendance to sign autographs, and the Cowboy and Cowgirl student-athletes will also be involved in other activities and games for fans. Included among the activities will be: bobbing for apples, a golf range, soccer skills competition, an obstacle course and basketball shooting and dribbling stations.

In addition, face painting and giant inflatables for children to play on will be available. Children in attendance may also participate in a raffle to win a new bike. Saturday is also “Youth Day”. For every Adult Ticket purchased to Saturday’s Wyoming-Northern Colorado football game, fans will receive Two Free Youth Tickets (ages 12 and under) to Saturday’s game. To take advantage of this offer, the Adult Tickets must be purchased prior to Saturday.
