Wyoming Equality says the fact that a Cheyenne biker bar is being called out over the sale of violent, homophobic T-shirts shows "the times are changing."

The federal Department of Justice will facilitate a meeting on May 23 on bullying and harassment in the district.

Hutchings further says she has been the target of "racial slurs, character assassination and threats" since the allegations became public.

Sara Burlingame said she and other LGBTQ activists had avoided confronting Jimenez until recently "because it felt obscene to have to defend a murdered child."

Wyoming Equality believes the decision is about discrimination and not military readiness.

King says Laramie is the only Wyoming city that has protections in place, though other cities have made progress.
