The Out of the Darkness Community Walk will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26, at Laramie’s Washington Park.  Registration and check-in begins at 8 a.m. at the Otto Dahl Shelter.  The walk itself will go from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  There is no cost to attend, but the event is a fundraiser for The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to fund suicide awareness and prevention...

The annual event took place on August 30th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The 9th annual Dog Day at the Park will take place on Sunday, August 30 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Washington Park. Vendors will be at the park, including: Alpine Animal Hospital, Muddy Paws, and the Laramie Animal Welfare Society. Dogs will also be allowed into the Washington Park Wading Pool...

The purpose of the Wyoming Buddy Walk® is to celebrate the lives of people with Down syndrome and raise awareness about Down syndrome in Wyoming.

The Laramie Municipal Band Concert scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.

The 25th annual Freedom Has A Birthday celebration will be held in Washington Park on Saturday, July 4, and it offers a variety of activities for people of all ages.

The Washington Park playground will continue to be closed through Tuesday, March 10 for large tree pruning.
