Rooted in Laramie, a non-profit organization that focuses on tree replanting, is looking for volunteers to help plant 50 trees throughout the community on Saturday, June 12.

All drop off sites for limbs and branches will be closing June 18

The advisory is in effect from 9 p.m. Tuesday until 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The event will take place between 2-4 pm on June 12.

They will also be open on Sunday, June 14, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

When it comes to weather (or just about anything), Wyoming just kind of does what it wants. For example, our state said "welcome to June" with thunderstorms and heavy snow some that happened at the same time.

There will be three locations to drop off limbs which broke off trees during the snowstorm.

The delayed opening time will be at 11 am.
