Average gas prices in Wyoming have risen 1.4 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.39/g today, but Patrick DeHaan says that barring unexpected outages, it's looking optimistic for motorists that we'll miss the $4 mark.
Nationally, the average price of gas may be close to falling under $4 a gallon, while in Wyoming prices are even closer to falling under that mark, with the current average at $4.02 a gallon.
