According to the post, Collin Best was last seen on Tuesday night around 7 p.m. in the Lincoln/Riverside area.

When the collision happened both bikes went down and slid for a considerable distance. Police say the rider of the Yamaha fled the scene on foot.

The boy was rushed to a hospital where, sadly, he died from his injuries.

Police say Stout's body under the Mason Street bridge on July 5. He was determined to have died of sharp force injuries.
