Areas along and west of Interstate 25 in southeast Wyoming could see an inch of snow Tuesday night into early Wednesday.

In Casper, highs of 94-98 degrees are expected.

Critical fire weather results from a combination of high temperatures, low humidities and strong, gusty winds.

The advisory is in effect from 9 p.m. Tuesday until 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The warning is in effect from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Thursday will bring snow accumulations to south-central, southeast, east-central and central Wyoming, impacting I-80 and I-25.

Southeast Wyoming could see more winter weather this weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.

That area, Day says, should see the heaviest snowfall with blowing and drifting snow as well as icy conditions.
