Andrew Weaver appeared Friday in Laramie County Circuit Court and was bound over on seven amended charges.

Police say 46-year-old Brian Perkins shot and killed 24-year-old Abigail Smith and 44-year-old Michael Tolar before turning the gun on himself.

Police have poured thousands of man-hours into the case, but no one has been charged in connection with the murders.

Sgt. David Janes said Thursday that police still occasionally get tips about the murders and continue to follow up on any available information.
