A Cheyenne teen charged with felony property destruction and conspiracy is out of jail after posting bail.

Another defendant, Thomas Brown, pleaded guilty in July 2019 to one count of conspiracy to distribute oxycodone, and was sentenced to time served.

In January, a jury found Arnold Butler guilty of intent to distribute large quantities of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, fentanyl, and conspiracy.

The Natrona County District Attorney's Office filed the charges against the mayor and police officer on June 16.
