The National Park Service closed the highway on the Wyoming side of the border Wednesday morning.

Lannett CEO Timothy Crew says the company is a defendant in one opioid lawsuit.

Both highways were closed as of 10:55 a.m. with no estimated reopening time.

It's unclear how much the closure will affect Fremont County's ability to provide mental health services to residents.

The infection can be life-threatening.

On Thursday, WYDOT crews worked to clear snow drifts that were reported to be three to five feet deep, some of them a mile in length.

While the roadway remains closed, southbound traffic is being detoured via WY 431.

Brian Siegfried says he was driving on the highway when he saw snow tumbling toward him.
