Liz Cheney has won the Wyoming U.S. House seat formerly held by her father.

County election officials are reporting heavy voter turnout across Wyoming with wait times of more than an hour in some places.

Wyoming voters are set to decide Tuesday whether to change the state constitution to allow the investment of billions more of state funds in the stock market.
