Sportsline Live’s First Major Golf Calcutta Final Standings

The first major of the 2014 golf season came to a close Sunday. It also brought to a close the first major golf Calcutta from Sportsline Live.

It was a tough first major on most of our participants. Only five made the cut, and only two were in contention for the prize pack. Our first major golf Calcutta was won by Josh Decker. This is the second straight year that Josh won our first Calcutta of the four. Congratulations to Josh from Sportsline Live and KOWB!

Listeners that tuned in to Sportsline Live (SLL) last week were given an opportunity to select any two golfers from this year's field of golf's first major. If a participant's two golfers combine for the lowest total score in relation to par, that person wins a golf-related prize pack from Sportsline Live. If a golfer missed the cut on Friday or withdrew for whatever reason, a participant was knocked out of the running for the prize pack.

The four co-hosts of SLL, David, Scott, Jerrad and Patrick, also took part in the Calcutta contest, but weren't eligible for any of the prizes.
