The Cheyenne Frontier Days Board of Directors has tapped Jimmy Dean Siler to head up the 10 committees responsible for putting on the "World's Largest Outdoor Rodeo and Western Celebration."

Siler takes the reigns from outgoing General Chairman Bill Berg, whose three-year term just ended.

"It is an honor and privilege to be given the opportunity to work with the finest group of volunteers, staff and community citizens in the great state of Wyoming," said Siler.

"I feel like I was a draft choice on the greatest team ever assembled," he added.

Siler has been a CFD volunteer for over 25 years and was Parades Chairman from 2013 to 2015. He's also a member of the HEELS organization.
