Show Us Your Picks: Week Nine
LARAMIE -- Your Hawaiian word of the day is Lanakila.
That means victory.
And for the third straight week, the eight-person panel thinks the Cowboys do just that when they travel to the islands to take on Hawaii Saturday night in Honolulu. Kickoff is scheduled for 10 p.m. Mountain Time.
Wyoming took care of business last Saturday inside War Memorial Stadium, rolling up 529 yards of total offense -- 330 on the ground -- in a 28-14 win over Utah State. Titus Swen looked like, well, Titus Swen. DQ James also looked a heck of a lot like, well, Titus Swen.
Those two Texans combined for 280 of those yards and Swen scored three touchdowns on the ground, including a two-point conversion to cap the victory.

The only team in the Mountain West that gives up more yardage on the ground is Hawaii. The Rainbow Warriors are allowing 212.2 per outing.
I love Wyoming's chances of moving to 6-3 overall and 4-1 in the league. You should, too, though the Pokes are not always known to play their best in paradise. The last road win in the series came all the way back in 1997. That looks a lot worse than it really is. UW has played there just twice since. Both of those losses have come under Craig Bohl.
The Cowboys sure could use a big assist from Border War rival Colorado State this weekend. The Rams will tangle with frontrunning Boise State Saturday evening inside Albertsons Stadium.
That scenario isn't likely. CSU is 0-11 all time against the Broncos.
Maybe the boys from Fort Collins are due? (Insert laughing emoji)
