Saving the Wyoming Toad [VIDEO]
A diverse population of wildlife is a sign of a healthy environment. Forget the politics and double speak for a moment. Ask any farmer if you are good to the land, the land will be good to you. A group of biologists are trying to repopulate the Wyoming Toad. The toad is on the endangered species list, and just a few years ago were on the way to total extinction. The amphibian is in danger because of a fungus disease and loss of habitat. See what this group of conservationist are doing near Laramie featured on this National Geographic video. They have had a successful run so far going from 1 toad in 2010 and now to over 200. If nothing else, it could make those frog fishing lures in your tackle box more effective.
