Pedestrian Killed on South Greeley Highway in Cheyenne

A pedestrian was struck and killed Wednesday night while trying to cross the S. Greeley Highway in Cheyenne.

The deadly crash happened around 6:30 p.m., near the Outlaw Saloon.

Wyoming Highway Patrol Lt. Kyle Romig told the Wyoming Tribune Eagle that the male victim, whose yet to be identified, was hit by a northbound van.

It's unknown at this time whether alcohol, drugs or the weather played a role in the crash.
