UNDATED (AP) — The Indiana Pacers are 5-0 for the first time since 1971-72. Paul George had 21 points and six rebounds to lead Indiana past Chicago 97-80. David West had a season-high 17 points and 13 rebounds.

Luis Scola, Donald Sloan and Lance Stephenson accounted for all the points in a decisive 12-2 run in the fourth quarter to break open a close game. Luol Deng (LOO'-ul dehng) and Derrick Rose each had 17 for Chicago.

In other NBA action:

— Kevin Durant had 23 points and 10 assists, and Russell Westbrook scored 22 points as Oklahoma City pulled away in the second half for a 107-93 victory over Dallas. The Thunder have beaten the Mavs 11 straight times.

— Nik Vucevic (VOO'-seh-vich) had 30 points and 21 rebounds and hit six free throws in the final 23 seconds to help the Orlando Magic upset the L.A. Clippers, 98-90. The Magic are on a three-game winning streak for the first time since last December.

— Brandon Bass scored 20 points and Jeff Green added 18 to lead Boston to its first win of the season, 97-87 over the Utah Jazz. The attendance of 17,130 at TD Garden was about 1,500 fans short of a sellout, ending a streak of 289 games dating to the end of the 2006-07 season.

__ The Washington Wizards notched their first victory, 116-102. John Wall led seven Wizards in double figures with 24. Marcin Gortat (MAHR'-chin GOHR'-tot) had 19 points and 12 rebounds.

__ Gerald Henderson broke out of his shooting slump with a season-high 23 points, and the Charlotte Bobcats defeated the Toronto Raptors 92-90. Henderson, who came into the game shooting 31 percent, made 10 of 17 from the field.

— Eric Gordon scored 19 points, Anthony Davis added 18 points and nine rebounds, and the New Orleans Pelicans beat the Memphis Grizzlies 99-84.

— Klay Thompson scored 19 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter and Harrison Barnes scored 14 points in his season debut to help the Golden State Warriors to a 106-93 victory over Minnesota.

__Milwaukee outscored Cleveland 109-104. O.J. Mayo led the Bucks scoring parade with 28. Gary Neal had 12 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter.

__ Tony Parker scored 15 of San Antonio's final 16 points and the Spurs withstood a hectic finish to beat the Phoenix Suns 99-96. Parker finished with 20 for the 4-1 Spurs.

NEW YORK (AP) — The New York Knicks have lost center Tyson Chandler for between 4-6 weeks with a broken bone in his right leg. The team says that tests showed no ligament or nerve damage and surgery is not required. Chandler left in the first quarter of a 102-97 loss to the Charlotte Bobcats on Tuesday.

The Knicks are off to a 1-3 start this season.
