No Charges Expected in Cheyenne Pedestrian’s Death
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Police say it is unlikely that charges will be filed against a woman who hit and killed a pedestrian with her car in Cheyenne.
Police spokesman Rob Dafoe tells The Associated Press there is no evidence the driver violated any traffic laws when she hit 55-year-old Paul Seybold on Dell Range Boulevard on Nov. 27.
An accident report says Seybold wasn't in a crosswalk or intersection when he tried to cross the street and that it was dark at the time.
Seybold was pronounced dead at a hospital.
