Nathan A. Robertson, who faces counts of possession of psilocybin mushrooms and possession with intent to deliver psilocybin mushrooms, will be headed to trial this fall.

Robertson made his appearance in District Court Thursday afternoon where he plead not-guilty to the charges.  19-year-old Robertson was arrested at the end of March, along with 19-year-old Heidi Lynn Turpen on US Highway 287 North of Laramie.

Wyoming Highway Patrol officials pulled the pair over for speeding and failure to maintain a lane of travel.  Upon search of the vehicle, investigators discovered controlled substances and paraphernalia in the car that Turpen and Robertson were traveling in, including 15 ounces of hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Robertson is out on an $11,000 cash bond.
