Laramie Soup Kitchen Needs Volunteers

Laramie Soup Kitchen Executive Director Ted Cramer says his organization is in need of volunteers.

“Volunteers are crucial for our operation,” says Cramer.  “People can come and they can help serve, they can help prep, they can help clean up, they can do all sorts of things.”

The Laramie Soup Kitchen is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the main serving time is from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

“At the soup kitchen, a meal is not just about the food,” says Cramer.  “For a good portion of our clients, especially the ones who are coming back day after day, they’re finding that the round tables are a great way to connect with other people.”
