Laramie ‘Hiring Our Heroes’ Job Fair Set for April 30

A free job fair focused toward military veteran and active duty military job seekers is set for April 30th in Laramie.

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services says that approximately 40 employers will be attending the event, which his being held at Laramie's Hilton Garden Inn from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm next Tuesday.

The hiring event is open to veterans, active duty military members, guard and reserve members as well as military spouses.

Employers scheduled to attend the fair represent a wide range of industries including energy, engineering, municipal government, construction, retail and medical among more.

The Department of Workforce Services encourages employers and job seekers to pre-register for the event.  Walk-ins are welcome, but the event is free and space is limited.  Job seekers are also encouraged to dress for on-the-spot interviews and to bring copies of their resumé.
