SE Wyoming Residents Can Expect Hot Weather, Late Day Storms
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service is predicting hot weather and lae day storms for southeast Wyoming over the next couple of days.
Some areas are also under a Red Flag Fire Warning, but at last report, Cheyenne and Laramie were not included in the warning area.
The agency posted the following on its website: For Tuesday, expect scattered late day showers and thunderstorms with high temperatures from 87 to 100 degrees east of I-25, and 82 to 87 degrees west of I-25. Numerous late day showers and thunderstorms will occur on Wednesday, with cooler temperatures and highs from 75 to 85 east of I-25, and 75 to 80 west of I-25. Thursday through Saturday will be sunny, with highs from the mid 70s to mid 80s east of I-25, and 70s to lower 80s west of I-25.
