Agents had a probable cause affidavit for Bruce's arrest, which was submitted to the Laramie County Circuit Court prior to the contact, and Bruce was placed into custody without incident.

A warrant was signed and issued for Bruce the same day, which the agent received upon arrival at the Laramie County Detention Center, and Bruce was booked in on four counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, three counts of conspiracy, and four counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Bruce made his initial court appearance Friday afternoon, during which he was informed of the 11 charges against him and appointed a public defender.

His bond was set at $100,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 17 at 9:30 a.m.

Bruce was also reportedly on probation for breach of the peace, so the state will be filing a motion to revoke probation.
