4 More on Laramie County Sheriff’s 10 Most Wanted List Captured
Four more Cheyenne residents on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's 10 Most Wanted list have been captured.
According to booking sheets, 36-year-old Frank Jay Hardy Jr., 29-year-old Jessey Michelle Smith, and 54-year-old Stacey Raymond Walter were taken into custody yesterday, July 4, and 66-year-old Larry Dean Washington was taken into custody on July 3.
Hardy was booked on a District Court warrant for failing to appear for a plea hearing on May 25, 2023.
Smith was booked on three warrants -- a failure to comply warrant signed by Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams on Nov. 7, 2022, a failure to appear warrant signed by District Court Judge Peter Froelicher on Jan. 12, 2023, and a failure to appear warrant signed by Williams on May 22, 2023.
Walter was booked on a District Court warrant for revocation of bond on original charges of felony theft, conspiracy, and criminal trespass.
And Washington was booked on two warrants -- a felony warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor warrant for simple battery.
Washington made his initial appearance in Circuit Court Wednesday morning. His bond was set at $10,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 14 at 9 a.m.
Hardy's, Smith's, and Walter's next court appearances have yet to be scheduled.
The Sheriff's Office is still looking for five people on their list -- Ashley Bennett, Clayton Crane, Bryon Edwards, Jarod James Munoz, and Erik Woolley.
Public Information Officer Brandon Warner says Shanna Jolley was removed from the list because her warrant was quashed.
