In just a few weeks, the majestic halls of the Laramie Plains Museum will shimmer with Christmas lights. The halls will be decked with holly, the staircases trimmed with garlands. 'Tis nearly Christmastime at the Ivinson Mansion...and you're invited to the festivities!

The Laramie Plains Museum Holiday Open House

The historic Invinson Mansion is gorgeous year-round, but come Christmas, it truly shines. The staff at the Laramie Plains Museum are hard at work creating a holiday spectacle worthy of Charles Dickens - the famed novelist is the theme of this year's festivities.

The public is welcome to celebrate the season with the museum at a Holiday Open House on December 9 and 10. The event features free walkthrough tours of the mansion, refreshments, live music, and a holiday bazaar market (so you can get some Christmas shopping done early!)
