Laramie Faces Subzero Wind Chills: Winter Weather Advisory Alert
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service has placed Laramie under a Winter Weather Advisory starting at 2 p.m. today [March 24].
And we could be facing wind chills in the subzero range..
The agency has posted the following forecast for the Laramie area, in addition to that Winter Weather Advisory:

Snow showers. Patchy blowing snow after 4pm. High near 41. Windy, with a northwest wind 15 to 20 mph becoming north northeast 25 to 30 mph. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Tonight
Snow showers, mainly before midnight. Patchy blowing snow between 2am and 3am. Low around 12. Wind chill values between -5 and 5. Windy, with a north northwest wind 25 to 30 mph decreasing to 15 to 20 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

A chance of flurries. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 25. Wind chill values between -5 and 5. North northwest wind around 15 mph.

Historic Wyoming Hotels
