City Of Laramie, Laramie Police Issue Parking Reminder

The City of Laramie and the Laramie Police Department have issued a reminder on the rules for parking downtown.

That's according to a post on the City of Laramie Facebook page

Here Are The Rules To Remember

The post includes the following guidelines

1: Most diagonal and parallel parking downtown has a 2-hour time limit to park there.

2: It is unlawful to park a vehicle for longer than the time allotted by signage. This law can be found by viewing Laramie Municipal Code 10.36.230 https://library.municode.com/.../codes/code_of_ordinances...

3: Finally, there are multiple different lots downtown that have free, all-day parking. These lots can be found in the graphic below, or by visiting https://laramiemainstreet.org/parking.

Laramie Police recently likewise reminded people about the dangers of leaving children or pets in a vehicle in hot summer weather.
