You Could Win The Ultimate VIP Experience For Casper’s Butterfly Ball

Sure, we don't like wishing away our already fast-moving time, but before you know it, 2026 will turn into 2027, and because of that, events for the New Year are already being planned. One of those events is the Olivia Caldwell Foundation's Annual Butterfly Ball Adult Prom.

The 10th annual ball will be a chance for adults to get dressed up and head to prom again, or for many, go for the first time, and is scheduled for Saturday, January 30, 2027. This year's theme is Denim and Diamonds, and tickets will officially go on sale on October 13.

For those of you who don't know, not only is the event a great time to cut loose and put all of your worries aside for the night, but more importantly, it's a night to raise money and awareness for the Olivia Caldwell Foundation, which helps fund life-threatening pediatric cancer research and programs for kids battling serious diseases around Wyoming.

For a limited time, the organization is running a raffle for a true VIP experience for a group of 10 guests. For $25 per raffle ticket or $100 for 5 tickets, entrants could win a luxury package that includes limo service to and from the event, food before and during the event, VIP entrance, exclusive Elite Happy Hour access, a Monarch level table complete with two bottles of wine and bottle service, a deluxe swag bag, and a one- night hotel stay at Hyatt Place. Enter the raffle by 11:00 am on October 9, 2026, at www.oliviacaldwellfoundation.org.

The CEO and Founder of the Olivia Caldwell Foundation, Katie Burchett, is excited to offer this excellent VIP experience.

The Butterfly Ball Ultimate VIP Raffle allows people the opportunity to win the highest level VIP table even before tickets officially go on sale! It also includes some other great perks to make the night even more special for the winner and their guests, including a limo ride to and from the event and a hotel stay at the beautiful new Hyatt Place in Casper. We first did this raffle last year and it was a wonderful chance for people to support the Olivia Caldwell Foundation and our mission while also getting the potential for the ultimate experience at a very discounted rate.

Register now for the Ultimate VIP Raffle, and you only have until 11 am on October 9.
