BRADENTON, Fla., – The Wyoming Cowgirl tennis team’s season concluded Monday afternoon in the quarterfinals of the UTR NIT Championship, losing 4-0 to Tulsa.

After dropping a hard-fought doubles point to the Golden Hurricane, the Cowgirls (16-11) lost at the No. 4 through 6 singles positions to lose the contest. Wyoming was leading at the first and second singles matches after winning the first set, before the match was ended once Tulsa clinched. Sophie Zehender and Noesjka Brink each won their first sets, 6-3.

Brink and her partner, Nikol Dobrilova picked up UW’s lone doubles victory on the day. The duo made quick work of their opponent at the No. 2 doubles spot, 6-1.
