Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen Fined $10K By The NFL
It was only a week ago when the Buffalo Bills were in Cincinnati to take on the Bengals, and Josh Allen was called for taunting when he strutted his way into the endzone for a Bills touchdown.
While it may have seemed like “just a finger point,” it was much more than that for the NFL.
You can see the replay of that call when you click here.
It was in the first quarter when Allen took a drive right past Bengals defender Nick Scott and crossed the end zone line for a touchdown; however, Josh Allen pointing at him during the 6 - point play, which caused the flag to be drawn.
As a result of the call, Josh Allen has been fined more than $10,000 for the play.
The NFL announced that Josh Allen will be fined $10,927 for what the disciplinary office called “unsportsmanlike conduct.”
Other than that, Josh Allen went 26 for 38 and 258 yards against Cincinnati, but the Bills still lost 24-18.
Hopefully the Bills will walk away with a win against the Denver Broncos on Monday night at Highmark Stadium. They have to win this game to stay in the conversations for the playoffs.
Tickets are as low as $40 for the Monday night game.
