The chase is over for the Wal-Mart bandit. Officials in Colorado have arrested 22 year old Rayburn Scott Harmon of Berthoud Colorado. Harmon was wanted for the armed robbery of the Laramie Wal-Mart and is suspected of steeling a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from a Loveland area dealership.

The Johnstown Police Department and Weld County Sheriff's Office arrested Harmon after a five hour stand off in Johnstown Colorado. Harmon reportedly broke into his mother-in-law's home where FBI Agents and the Weld County Sheriff's SWAT team were able to make an arrest.

Negotiators with Weld County Sheriff's SWAT had phone contact with Harmon during the standoff. Harmon turn himself over after his father arrived on the scene.

Harmon is now facing charges of aggravated robbery, auto theft, and felony burglary for breaking and entering into his mother-in-law's home.

Harmon had also been arrested in January for possession and cultivation of marijuana in his home and is also the subject of an FBI investigation for unknown charges.
