Great Lakes Aviation is helping the battle to fight hunger with their 5th annual 'Flyin' 4 Food' campaign to benefit the Worland Ministerial Association.

Today, there are more than 48 million Americans (16.2 million children) experiencing the harsh reality of hunger.  In fact, 14.5 percent of all households within the United States are struggling with not having enough food.

These statistics are staggering, and just a small snapshot of the true impact hunger has had on our nation.  This September, Great Lakes Airlines and the Worland Ministerial Association need your help to end community hunger.

In honor of Hunger Action Month, when you bring any non-perishable food item to the Great Lakes counter throughout the month of September, you’ll be eligible for a chance to win one of four round-trip tickets between Worland and Denver. Donate as much food as you like, however, only one entry per person, per week is permitted. Donations will be accepted Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. – 2:30 p.m and 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at the Worland Municipal Airport, 1438 Airport Road. Weekend hours are limited.
