Gov. Gordon Signs Proclamation For SBDC Day
Last week, Governor Mark Gordon signed a proclamation designating Wednesday, March 18 as Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Day in Wyoming.
SBDC Day recognizes the work of the nearly 1,000 SBDC programs in the country.
For the past 25 years, the Wyoming SBDC Network has helped entrepreneurs start or grow their businesses. The Wyoming SBDC Network has also assisted 47, 580 entrepreneurs, resulting in more than 1,200 new businesses.
The Wyoming SBDC Network, hosted by the University of Wyoming with state funds from the Wyoming Business Council, also is funded, in part, through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
On SBDC Day, entrepreneurs are encouraged to share their stories with the Wyoming SBDC Network on Facebook. To learn more about your local SBDC, you can visit their website by following the link here.
