Honor Flight Wyoming is a program that offers World War II veterans a chance to visit the World War II Memorial in Washington D.C. The final Honor Flight Wyoming will occur on Tuesday and Wednesday October 11th-12th.

The last Honor Flight Wyoming will take vets on a free two day trip to the nation's capitol. The program is a nonprofit foundation and has previously sponsored five other trips. Over 160 WWII veterans, guardians and staff will be flown out of Cheyenne by a charter aircraft and enjoy two free days visiting the World War II Memorial and will return to Cheyenne Wednesday Evening.
